R & M R&M Handlebar Mount

Allows the use of lights with standard 10mm mount tabs (Supernova, B&M, Schmidt, etc) lights on 22.2 - 26.0 handlebars. Concave washers provide capability for horizontal (left/right) as well as vertical (up/down) adjustment.
